What Is a Board Room?

A boardroom is an area that is used to hold meetings between the Board of Directors and senior managers of an organization. Based on the layout and size of the boardroom, it may be necessary for several screens to be installed along with an Extron DVS605 Plus scaling switcher to accommodate various sources. In addition to the AV equipment, many boardrooms also have a video conference setup that allows participants to take part from locations other than the meeting venue.
